Kids Need to Read is actively supporting Lions International's “Reading Action Program” for 2012–2013. One of our supporting activities was to provide book packages to Lions members attending the Arizona Leadership Conference Pajama Party Night. The members took these books home to read to children or to have children read to them. Executive Director Denise Gary spoke at the dinner and Kids Need to Read hosted an information table throughout the conference.
